Today, the third day of the first match of the ongoing 5-Test series between India and England, the Indian team came to bat, in which Rahul was playing 57 runs till the end of the second day's play and Pant (7). Both the batsmen, who came to bat on the third day, batted well for some time, after some time Pant Robinson's ball was caught by Bairstow. Pant got out after scoring just 25 runs for the team. For India, both Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja hit half-centuries. In which Rahul (84) scored the most runs for India and Jadeja 56. The rest of the batsmen could not do much. Robinson did the best bowling from England, he took 5 wickets for India. With whom Andresen took 4 wickets. Due to which India did not get the lead of more runs. In the first innings, India were all out after scoring 278 runs, in which India got a lead of 95 runs.
The third day's play has been stopped due to rain.Today's game is over and England have scored 25 runs in their second innings without losing any wicket.
